Panama City
Panama is the southernmost country of Central America and the whole of North America.
The capital is Panama City.
In 1903, Panama allowed the Panama Canal to be built by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers between 1904 and 1914. In 1977, an agreement was signed for the complete transfer of the Canal from the United States to Panama by the end of the 20th century.

In 2008, I decided to look for an alternative place to live in, since I believe that the collapse of the system will be of devastating proportions, in the Western World. Germany, the country that I am coming from and the rest of Central Europe, which is densly populated, was not acceptable to me as a Bug-Out-Location.
Eventually, I chose Panama, which I knew very well as I had been involved there in a reforestation project, since 2006. Panama offers perfect conditions and is one of the few choices that emigrants nowadays have, since Southeast Asia is heavily over populated and terrorism is becoming a serious and growing threat, in that region.

In 2010, I bought the land for the Finca Bayano project. Today, a 'Survival Insurance' for an uncertain future is being created: We are building a small village in which religion plays no role and politically extreme opinions are not represented. Eventually, the goal of self-sufficiency has almost been reached.
Finca Bayano is located 200 miles west of Panama City (8°06'N - 81°20'W) at an altitude of 1,600 feet above the sea. About one hundred people are going to live on the area of 75 acres. There are sufficient amounts of water, the region is sparsely populated and there are no tropical diseases. Contamination of industrial plants or power stations does not exist in this part of Panama.
Also, there are no active volcanoes and there have been no major earth quakes in recent decades. Chemtrails are not an issue as there are no flight routes over this area.
If, after all, there should be a real 'Change' in the USA, Europe might also take a shift in direction. But what should improve if the system can only be kept alive by printing more money? Paying debts with debts is like filling holes with holes! It's too late to fix the problems and, therefore, the crash is inevitable..
.
I am happy to answer all your questions. Before we talk, please visit the following links: How much does it cost to emigrate to Panama? Which documents are necessary? How do I to get to Finca Bayano? How can I buy land?

Moving?
Unless you have arrived at this website by chance, you may already be considering to leave 'your country'. You have lived in your country for decades and for the majority of your fellow citizens your country still is fine, apart from some minor flaws.
.
You receive information from websites which are branded as 'Conspiracy Sites' and you can hardly talk to anyone about your problems. So the question arises whether you should leave 'your country' and go to another one. Go to another country which you have not visited yet and you do not know much about?
.
You should evaluate whether you have the courage to take this step - whether you want to bear the risk to leave 'your country' in favor of another one. Or does it take more courage to stay where you are? There will be no warranties in that other country. Neither milk nor honey will flow and no one can assure that the other country will be a better place to be in case of a crash. And if you leave your country, there might be no way back!

Where?
For people who believe that Asia is a powder keg, from the Middle East to the Far East, the American continent is the only possible destination to emigrate to.
.
Many talk about Chile that hardly produces food in the north. What would happen, if due to hunger, the population from the northern deserts would have to go to the south? Chaos would break out. The south is not big enough for all of them and it's not tropical, so food cannot be produced all year round.
Others talk about Uruguay, a country where they have hardly left any trees for the sake of cattle. But on the other side, pastures are contaminated with chemicals to make the grass grow faster. Some prefer Paraguay. Others talk about Canada, where there are bears and salmon... In my opinion, these countries do not offer solutions.
.
Hardly anyone can imagine that other conditions will prevail after the collapse. There won't be any pesticides nor fertilizers, however, soils that have been used commercially, won't work without lots of doping.

Panama
I have chosen Panama for my project a long time ago. The US Dollar, being used as currency, was one of my major reasons for that decision. I do have investestments in precious metals, however, I believe in a deflationary scenario in the long run. In such a case, US dollars and land are the best assets to hold. If 2008 is being repeated on a much higher scale, the currencies of Brazil, Argentina and Mexico will suffer extremely. Of course, the currencies of smaller countries like Uruguay and others would not be spared.
.
The canal and the proximity to the USA have never been important to me, since I don't believe that there is going to be a war on the American continent; Russia or China would not be able to afford that. Apart from that, the US would never tolerate turmoil in their own backyard.
.
There are other arguments in favor of Panama which I have explained in other parts of this website. The best thing, however, is to come and have a look. Everytime is the best season to visit.

What Does It Cost?
The cheapest way to emigrate to Panama requires about 20,000 US$. There are plans to open organic food shops in the cities to generate income for everyone living at Finca Bayano. As long as conflicts are limited to Asia, Africa and Europe, and as long as a worldwide total collapse does not occur, we will be able to sell our products in the markets, at fair prices.
.
Residence and work permit cost 6,000 US$. Two flights and the shipment of a container to Panama are around 4,000 US$. The minimum amount of 5,000 US$ must be kept in your own bank account for the period of the application, which is about half a year. At least 5,000 US$ should be available as a private reserve for the first months.
.
In other words: 10,000 US$ have to be spent for permissions and 10,000 US$ have been set-aside. But that's not enough money to built a house or to buy land. Besides, 20,000 US$ is only enough for one person. Starting from Plan B, I will explain the possibilities to live and work at Fica Bayano.

Emigration
https://www.fincabayano.net/1_emigration/introduction/
In 2008, due to my belief that the financial collapse of the Western World will be of devastating proportions, I began looking for alternative places to live. Germany, my birth nation, along with the rest of Europe, which is for the most part densely populated, was unacceptable to me as a Bug-Out Location.
After searching for some time, I decided to go to Panama where I had been involved in a reforestation project since 2006.
There are several other primary reasons as to why I chose Panama to be the site of my project. After much research and first-hand experience, I had come to the conclusion that Panama offers perfect conditions for surviving the crash and is one of the few choices that emigrants have nowadays.
As Southeast Asia faces the issues of both heavy overpopulation and the growing threat of terrorism, it is out of the question as a realistic Bug-Out Location. On the other hand, while locations such as Alaska are spared from the problem of high-population-density, the issue of having sufficient amounts of food to last the freezing Winters for an indefinite number of years, among other uncertainties, likewise leave them out of the question.
In Panama, beautiful beaches lie facing both the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. The people here are friendly, and the climate in the higher elevations is fantastic. Moreover, the political situation is stable, the country provides the best conditions for year-round food production, is sparsely populated, and meets the most important conditions for emigrants:
Residence and work permits are easily obtained and foreigners can buy land without restrictions. The fact that the US dollar is Panama’s currency has had a decisive influence on my decision to emigrate to that country. Since the strings of this world are being pulled in Washington, I assume that the dollar will survive all other currencies in the event of a crisis. Apart from that, Panama remains one of the few tax heavens where your money still is safe.
A certain percentage of the coins are as Balboas in circulation, banknotes are are only US-dollars.
In June 2010, I founded Finca Bayano to start organic farming with like-minded people. While most observers still described me as a conspiracy theorist at that time, the interest in Finca Bayano is greater than ever almost eight years later: Today, our “Survival Insurance” for an uncertain future is near complete, and thus, the goal of self-sufficiency has almost been reached.
Finca Bayano is located approximately 300 kilometers West of Panama City (8°05’56.59”N and 81°28’29.38”W), at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level, where near-perfect climatic conditions prevail. Although there is much precipitation, the hilly location on which Finca Bayano is situated makes flooding impossibe. High-quality spring water in sufficient quantities is available throughout the year, the soil is fertile, and the region is sparsely populated.
Furthermore, tropical diseases are a non-issue in the region. Neither industrial complexes nor power plants are located close to Finca Bayano, and there are no active volcanoes nearby. There has not been any significant damage from earthquakes within the last 500 years, and due to its close proximity to the equator, there are no tropical storms. At Finca Bayano, roughly one hundred and fifty residents will live on an area of 30 hectares. For further benefits, you are welcome to explore the other sections of this website.
The sky above Finca Bayano – No chem-trails!
At Finca Bayano, we have no place for politically extreme opinions, we are not a sect and religion does not matter. I am neither a “conspiracy theorist” nor “seer”. I am not making any claims, nor am I promising a Heaven on Earth. Panama is not paradise and I can make no guarantees as to what the conditions will be like during or after a crash. However, this country is most probably the best place to be when worse comes to worst. My views first began to take form through the influence of certain authors who had already predicted what the future would be like by the turn of the millennium.
At the time, the essence of their statements was that although the collapse can be delayed, it cannot be prevented, since a demographic breakdown is inevitable. Western societies already have some of the highest ratios of elderly to youth in the world, and this ratio is only increasing. Even though it is not possible to predict the time of the collapse, my favourite authors made a pretty good diagnosis more than 15 years ago: As soon as a ban on cash and negative interest rates would be discussed in public, they warned, the collapse would be lurking around the corner.
As soon as future government debt may only be raised with negative interest rates, a ban on cash must be imposed. Only with this measure can bank runs be prevented and we be forced to leave our money in our accounts, even though it is becoming increasingly less. In addition, compulsory levies such as “Burdensharing 2.0” and “Cyprusnizing” of bank accounts may be expected.
One of many small islands
Though refugees have little direct relation with the actual problem of the systemic crisis, their presence is now beginning to make its way to the forefront in Europe, as the frequency and degree of the violent crimes they commit is disproportionally high. For that reason, it is possible that the mood of the population in regard to unrestricted immigration may flip as early as 2018.
The fact that it took Germans almost six months until March of 2018 to form a government, is a clear ray of hope for many observers who believe that something could change for the better. Also, the election results in Austria and Italy show that populist parties are beginning to gain ground. In Sweden, there’s the hope that a pro-people government will come to power by September 2018, to end the so-called “Rapefugee-Crisis”. Several other Western European countries are in a similar situation.
But precisely therein lies the danger. People keep waiting for things to become better instead of reacting to a situation that, as the evidence and history seems to suggest, can only worsen, regardless of which party comes to power. The sad truth is that Europeans have yet to come to the realization that they are soon going to become a minority on their own soil.
The question thus arises as to what will happen in Europe after the mood has flipped and millions of refugees, who refuse to assimilate into their societies of residence, are being told that they are no longer “welcome”. As we all know, voting would be prohibited if it made any difference, however, in modern Europe of 2018, it may be assumed that the intention is to bring populist movements to power.
Meanwhile, the stance of Europeans continues to degenerate on a daily basis, as they are only shrinking as the number of immigrants keeps on growing. This development, which began decades ago, only to be accelerated in 2015, can no longer be reversed – not even the so-called populist parties!

- Panama offers perfect conditions for surviving the crash and is one of the few choices that emigrants have nowadays.
- Finca Bayano has nothing to do with conspiracy theories – it’s a survival insurance for emigrants, and it is one of the few realistic alternatives available in the world to survive the crash.
- For demographic reasons, the collapse of the system is inevitabe.
- Negative interest rates, the Bitcoin bubble and the ban on cash indicate that the debt money FIAT system is on the horizon of a crash of catastrophic proportions.
- Special levies such as “Burden Sharing 2.0” and “Cyprus 2.0” will impoverish the great majority of the population.
- From a logical and mathematical point-of-view, the majority of the population will not survive the crash.
- The so-called “refugee” crisis in Europe has no direct relation to the very real problem of the systemic crisis. However, as their immigration and birth rates far overshadow that of ethnic Europeans, their presence, along with the criminal behaviour of a considerable portion of them, is finally beginning to move to the center of attention.
- In 2018, the indigenous Europeans’ general mood regarding unrestricted immigration could flip.
- Even if so-called “populist parties” were to come to power, at this point in time, the collapse of the system can no longer be stopped.
