Everything is well. Made it in but my bags didn't. So I'm waiting and hoping they will trace it this morning. Christine showed me around Stavenger yesterday.
There is organic market near her sisters apartment. Very cozy city.
I received the large duffle bag today. I am still waiting for the quadcopter. I hope that it will arrive tomorrow. We may go to Preikelstolen if weather is nice tomorrow.
It's a beautiful country looking forward to seeing more.

A tropical island with fjord views
Tropical flowers and palm trees, with panoramic views of the fjord and mountains.
On the island Sør-Hidle, not far from Stavanger, you will find a tropical garden with flowers and palm trees. Visits start with a pleasant, 20-minute boat trip with MS Rygerfjord from Skagenkaien in Stavanger.
Upon arrival guests are taken on a guided tour around the beautiful garden, the perfect place in which to seek inspiration and a few green-fingered tips. Afterwards you will enjoy a delicious meal, inspired by all corners of the world but prepared with local ingredients, in the garden restaurant Flor & Fjære. Surrounded by magnificent fjords and mountains, you will relax among colourful flowers, romantic footpaths and rustic interiors, all of which contribute to a special evening with a truly tropical feel.

Norway 2016 - Heavenly beauty on Earth.
To compare Norway to any part of the world would take an author/traveler like my brother Jayson to answer. He has currently reached 155 countries and 41 left. Even to compare Switzerland, New Zealand, Romania, and Greece would be difficult. Norway’s vast over deepened, narrow and steep sided fjords cutting through the landscape millions of years ago makes Fjords some of the most dramatic landscapes on earth. The sheer force to carve such a land mass, the ice is suggested to have been more than 2000m (6,561ft) thick along the inner parts of the fjords.
What stands out most is its colours, shapes, coast lines and picturesque coastal landscapes of fjords, hills amid the highways, tunnels, lakes, and traditional houses built from centuries ago.
Stavanger, Kristiansand, Lyngdal, and Mandal were all very special to me, not for its scenic layout, but the welcoming feeling I embraced. The Norwegians warm attitudes, kindness and hospitality were among many that I really cherished.
A special thanks to my friend Christine and her family and friends for giving this opportunity to visit my grandmother’s homeland. It was a heavenly place to say the least and I look forward to returning to visit further north.
For anyone with love for nature, vibrant colours and friendly people, Norway is for you.
My last night in Stavanger, I met with Tommy - Elvis who I met in Perth, Australia three years ago. His friend, Eigel had just turned 30 and was invited to celebrate his birthday on the Veteran MS Sandness Cruise boat in the heart of Stavanger’s cruise ship port. The night was young and the photo opportunities had just begun with some drone footage over the cities harbour. Standby for a short film of my trip in the near future.
Some other landmarks I had visited are listed below.
The Kjerag mountain which sits at 1,110-metre (3,640 ft) has a cliff plunging 984 metres (3,228 ft) almost vertically into the Lysefjorden. Preikestolen, another famous tourist attraction just outside Stavanger has a steep cliff rises 604 metres (1,982 ft) above the same Lysefjorden.
It sits on the north side of the fjord, opposite the Kjerag plateau. Tourism at the site has been increasing with between 150,000 and 200,000 visitors each year making it one of the most visit.
